The system allows for various stakeholders to interact with the building controls.

The system monitors, reports, alarms, trends and analyses your environment to provide relevant information to make quality decisions faster. By being alerted to issues before they become problems, you can plan for more efficient maintenance and upgrades.

We help you:

• Decrease truck-rolls
• Improve field equipment efficiencies
• Increase longevity of assets
• Improve ROI on maintenance

Sensors are used to monitor the indoor environment. Information received is compared to KPIs to provide your building with a rating.

Trends and alarms can be set up for each sensor point. This information can be adjusted to suit your industry. For example, a surgical theatre will have very different compliance requirements from an office.

Temperature, airflow, particulates, pressure, etc., can all be monitored depending on your requirements. The sensors then relay the information to your dashboard, where you can make real-time adjustments.

Your real-time dashboards contain critical information, telling you the condition of a room based on the pre-determined KPIs being measured.

If the system detects an issue, pre-configured warnings can be triggered. These warnings can include traffic light-style colour systems and messages and notifications to key personnel, depending on the issue’s urgency.

METRI - Monitored Environment to Reduce Infections. METRI has been developed for clinicians in partnership with Wilhelm Integrated Solutions & Electric Results using KMC Commander and Commander AQ.

The system monitors operating room environments, providing notifications when conditions are outside the parameters. METRI analyses the environment and helps link these conditions to procedure requirements to ensure compliance with accreditation requirements.

This system removes the need for staff to locate problems manually. Alerts are sent to job and work order management systems, where actions are created for service personnel. Personnel can then correct issues before they become more significant and more costly.

Reporting and data management are simplified and easier to collect, reducing admin time. We automate systems to reduce logistical admin, like ordering generator fuel, filters, and other materials that require maintenance. The sensors can log trend data or be used in control logic, allowing for accurate reporting over extended periods. You can also monitor the life of your assets to reduce research and procurement resources.

Our BMS can be retroactively connected to most brands, so it will work with your current systems, meaning you don't have to invest heavily in new assets.

If you are upgrading your building, our system is designed to deliver what is important to you. Our system integrates at a BACnet level and unifies your controls.

We can segregate information to different users, ensuring only the relevant information is shown to the appropriate staff. Cloud-based systems ensure that data centres encrypt your information in a secure facility away from your building.

Reporting and identification are also data only. For example, while monitoring a surgical theatre, personal details of the patient, surgical team or type of procedure are not collected. This data is only identifiable when combined with other reports the hospital secures.

We work closely with you to determine your needs and reduce unnecessary costs. We only want to sell you what’s required to deliver the results you need.

With a BMS, you are investing in:

  • The IoT hardware
  • Points (the nodes that connect to controllers that monitor and collect data)
  • Analytics software and cloud access
  • Yearly subscription to the software
  • Installation, maintenance, and support from Electric Results.

The cost varies depending on the points purchased - these are purchased in lots of 250. We will give you an accurate price based on your desired outcomes and requirements.

Electric Results offers various payment methods and subscription models. We can even help turn the expense from a CapEx to an OpEx spend.

We encourage you to discuss with us whether the system is appropriate for your needs, and we are happy to be flexible in delivering you results.

We are still looking for one!

The system is designed to be updated, scalable and adaptive to new technologies so your system stays up-to-date with trends and new technologies. If your building has unique requirements we haven’t encountered before, we can work through them to find the appropriate solutions.

We recently discussed our asset management system and as explained, we contracted Electric Results to implement their asset management system back in 2015. We’ve been extremely satisfied with the robustness and simplicity of the system, the seamless way the Programmed Preventive Maintenance is scheduled and delivered and the way the system has been configured to meet the specific reporting requirements set by the Commonwealth.

Prior to having ER manage our assets, we had an ad hoc and disconnected system and obtaining reliable data to meet the reporting requirements was problematic. We were often experiencing problems with PPM being missed (Defence stipulate this has to happen 6 monthly) and it was not uncommon to receive Commonwealth Contract Notices detailing their view of asset management breaches and steps required to mitigate these risks.

Since this was implemented in 2015, we have not received a single Contract Notice or complaint from the Commonwealth about the asset management and I would be confident in recommending Electric Results.

Troy and the Electric Results team have been instrumental to the major facilities and site infrastructure upgrades of the Western Hospital, taking the lead role in coordination of services electrical works, as well as coordinating the BMS upgrades to allow for a fully functioning, easy to navigate and reliable control system.
