Schedule

On the 15th of each month, our maintenance plan is integrated with our scheduler to identify the jobs that you require. You are informed of which assets are required to have maintenance performed for the following month, and a time and date is arranged. We will request a PO to be sent to book in the job.

Maintenance

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is carried out as per the agreed schedule arrangement. Our maintenance will be in accordance with the Technical Data Schedule for each asset type, as stipulated by the Department of Infrastructure and Transport.

Faults

Failures are recorded against the asset that has failed an inspection, with full recordings available on your portal for inspection. Documentation is recorded and submitted to you for your record keeping of all test results and failures.

Quotation

Electric Results provides you with a written quote of any additional costs required to repair the failed assets. Based on the acceptance of the quote, we will then schedule further time to fix this asset.

Rectification

Electric Results fixes and tests the asset in accordance with the required legislation for the asset and industry. New installations, parts and other materials are then tested as per its requirements.

Portal

A full report of the above is submitted and maintained through your client portal, to view when you require. Additional works, and other requests and communication can be done through the portal. All reports are compliant with reporting and records of state and council requirements.

Testimonials

We recently discussed our asset management system and as explained, we contracted Electric Results to implement their asset management system back in 2015. We’ve been extremely satisfied with the robustness and simplicity of the system, the seamless way the Programmed Preventive Maintenance is scheduled and delivered and the way the system has been configured to meet the specific reporting requirements set by the Commonwealth.

Prior to having ER manage our assets, we had an ad hoc and disconnected system and obtaining reliable data to meet the reporting requirements was problematic. We were often experiencing problems with PPM being missed (Defence stipulate this has to happen 6 monthly) and it was not uncommon to receive Commonwealth Contract Notices detailing their view of asset management breaches and steps required to mitigate these risks.

Since this was implemented in 2015, we have not received a single Contract Notice or complaint from the Commonwealth about the asset management and I would be confident in recommending Electric Results.
